Multiplication Trainings for Higher Education Administrators in Ukraine (THEA Ukraine X)

German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) supports 3rd Cohort within THEA Ukraine X project and launch a NEW CALL!

The call addresses Higher Education Managers working at Ukrainian Universities (e.g. in International Offices, Quality Offices, etc.) who are interested in bringing forward their institution by offering multiplication trainings in Internationalisation & Higher Education Management at their home institutions and beyond. We invite applicants to integrate also currently relevant topics in the training proposals, such as reconstruction and recovery of Ukrainian universities, retention strategies, working at displaced and frontline universities, which might also require new management approaches and tools such as agile and flexible management, digitalization, etc.  The selected participants will meet in Münster, Germany for an on-site workshop end of March 2024 where we will elaborate the training concepts together with German and Ukrainian Higher Education experts.
